New Orleans, LA – [August 26, 2025] – Stewart Interior Contractors, LLC, a leading drywall and metal framing contractor serving the Greater New Orleans area, Baton Rouge and the Mississippi Gulf Coast is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Lind as its President. Patrick began his career with Stewart after his graduation from the University of Texas in 2000. Patrick brings strong leadership and industry expertise to the role. In his new role, Patrick will oversee the day-to-day operations as the company continues to grow its presence and reputation in the commercial construction industry.

Gordon Stewart, who has served as President since the company’s founding, will transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this new capacity, Gordon will focus on strategic initiatives and the continued development of Stewart Interior Contractors, LLC.

In addition to his role as CEO, Gordon Stewart will dedicate time to SLS Building Systems, LLC (SLS). SLS specializes in the panelization of both load-bearing and non-load-bearing cold-formed structures by advancing the technology and new processes in this burgeoning new building delivery system.
