Flashback Friday - New Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport

Flashback Friday: Today we want to spotlight our recently completed work at the new Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Here Stewart Jobsite Superintendent Mitchell Silk oversaw the completion of 12 individual food and beverage buildout venues spanning multiple Concourses including Folse Market, Leah’s Kitchen, Midway Pizza, City Greens, Mo Pho, Sazerac Bar, Jazz and Heritage Music Bar, Angelo Brocato Gelato and the Food Court including PJ’s Coffee, Chick-Fil-A, and Ye Olde College Inn. These build outs range from 300 to 5,000 square feet and vary from full restaurant-style venues equipped with full bars, back-of-house kitchens, exhaust chases, storage, a food-court, and freestanding kiosks. Although this much ongoing work over a spread-out jobsite brought its own challenges, Stewart forces were able to go above and beyond to complete our scope of work.
